📦 Shipping & Delivery (The Journey)

Q: When will my order ship?

A: We offer same-day dispatch Monday to Saturday for all orders placed before 11:00am. If you place your order after 11am, or on a Sunday, your literary goodies will ship out the very next business day!

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Standard shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class is completely FREE! No hidden fees or subscription costs here. If you need your items to arrive a bit faster, you can upgrade to 1st Class or a tracked option at checkout for a small fee.

Q: How long will delivery take?

A: Free 2nd Class shipping usually takes 2–3 business days to arrive after dispatch. 1st Class upgrades usually arrive in 1–2 business days. Please note that while we send things out at max velocity, the final leg of the journey relies on Royal Mail, so occasional postal delays can happen!

Q: What exactly is an eReader insert?

A: Our eReader inserts are beautifully printed, high-quality cards designed to slip perfectly into a clear case on the back of your Kindle, Kobo, or other eReader. They let you customise the back of your device with gorgeous literary aesthetics, cozy quotes, or genre art without having to use permanent stickers!

Q: Can I customise a card, bookmark, or print?

A: Yes! Many of our bookish designs let you change the text or add a specific name to match your recipient. Just type your custom message into the personalisation box on the product page before adding it to your cart.

Q: Can I change my mind after placing a personalised order?

A: Because custom items are crafted specifically to order, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once we’ve started printing them. Please double-check your spelling, names, and quotes before hitting the checkout button!

Q: What kind of quality can I expect?

A: We only print on premium, heavy-duty cardstock and high-quality photo papers using top-tier inks. Our bookmarks and inserts are durable, vibrant, and designed to withstand being tucked into your heaviest hardbacks or carried around in your book bag.

Q: The colours look a little bit different in person than they did on my screen. Why?

A: Every computer monitor, phone screen, and tablet has different display and colour settings. Because of this, the physical colours might vary just a tiny bit from the digital pixels on your screen.

🔄 Returns & Customer Support

Q: What is your return policy?

A: For standard, non-personalised items, we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be sent back to us unused and in their original packaging. Check out our full Returns & Refunds page for the step-by-step walkthrough.
