- All product details, descriptions, and prices are as accurate as possible — though we reserve the right to correct errors if they pop up. Typos happen (especially when excited about dragons or detectives).
- By placing an order, you agree that all details you provide are true and that you’re authorised to use the payment method provided.
- Once your order is confirmed, we’ll do our best to get it to you promptly. Processing and shipping times will be listed on each product page.
📦 Shipping & Delivery

- Returns must be unused, in original condition, and sent back within 30 days.
- Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
- You’ll be refunded once we receive the item — minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our mistake).
