📦 When will my order ship?
Most items are made to order, especially anything personalized. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your items are on their way!
🚚 How long does delivery take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the item. Here’s a rough guide:
- UK orders: Usually arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch
- International orders: Please allow 7–21 business days
Please note: delivery delays may happen during peak seasons or due to postal service issues beyond our control.
🛒 Do you offer international shipping?
We sure do! Lit Treasure Trove ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
🎁 Can I send an item as a gift?
Absolutely! Just tick the gift option at checkout and include a message if you like. We won’t include prices in the parcel. (It’s all part of the magic.)
✍️ Can I customize my order?
Yes! Many of our items (like mugs and bookmarks) offer personalisation options. Just follow the instructions on the product page. If you have something special in mind, feel free to email us — we’ll see what we can do!
🔁 What’s your return policy?
You can return most non-personalized items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they’re unused and in original condition. Personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
